An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Program Scheduler to support the delivery of a significant program of road and transport infrastructure projects . You will provide specialist planning and scheduling expertise to multidisciplinary project teams, with a strong focus on Primavera P6, program reporting and critical path management .

The successful Program Scheduler will be offered a contract through to 18 October 2028 with the view to be extended , based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD , with flexible working arrangements subject to approval.

The successful Program Scheduler will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Develop and maintain detailed project and program schedules using Primavera P6.
- Produce critical path, resource,



scenario and program performance reports.
- Support multidisciplinary teams with planning and scheduling activities.
- Train, mentor and coach project staff in scheduling practices and Primavera P6.

The successful Program Scheduler will have experience in the following:

- Prior experience in civil construction planning and scheduling .
- Advanced Oracle Primavera P6 , Microsoft Excel and scheduling expertise.
- Road, transport and major civil infrastructure projects.
- Construction scheduling, critical path analysis and technical reporting.
