We are seeking a confident, clinically experienced and patient-focused Senior Physiotherapist to join a multidisciplinary healthcare environment in Frankston.

About the Role
n
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessment, treatment and rehabilitation across a broad range of presentations.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and clinical examinations.
n
- Developing accurate clinical diagnoses and individualised treatment plans.
n
- Managing a varied musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy caseload.
n
- Providing hands‐on manual therapy and joint mobilisation techniques.
n
- Prescribing progressive exercise and rehabilitation programs.
n
- Managing acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
n
- Providing pre‐and post‐operative rehabilitation.
n
- Supporting patients recovering from workplace and motor vehicle injuries.
n
- Developing return‐to‐work and functional rehabilitation programs.
n
- Supporting return‐to‐sport and performance goals.
n
- Providing patient education and self‐management strategies.
n
- Using evidence‐based treatment approaches to achieve measurable outcomes.
n
- Monitoring patient progress and adapting treatment plans accordingly.
n
- Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation and reports.
n
- Communicating with GPs, specialists, surgeons, insurers and other healthcare professionals.
n
- Supporting junior clinicians through informal mentoring, clinical discussion and knowledge sharing.
n

The practice's approach combines detailed assessment, hands‐on treatment, targeted exercise, education and active rehabilitation, with an emphasis on helping patients achieve sustainable long‐term outcomes.

What We're Looking For
n
We're looking for a Physiotherapist who brings 5–7 years of solid clinical experience and is ready to operate confidently at a senior level.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
- A recognised Physiotherapy degree.
n
- Current AHPRA registration and unrestricted Australian work eligibility.
n
- 5–7 years of physiotherapy experience.
n
- Strong musculoskeletal clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
n
- Experience working in private practice.
n
- Robust manual therapy and exercise prescription skills.
n
- Experience managing complex or persistent musculoskeletal conditions.
n
- Experience with sports injuries and rehabilitation.
n
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
n
- The ability to independently manage a clinical caseload.
n
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
n
- A commitment to evidence‐based practice.
n
- A genuine interest in mentoring and supporting less‐experienced clinicians.
n
n
Experience with WorkCover, TAC, DVA or other compensable injury schemes would be highly regarded.
