Job Description

The Cross River Rail Delivery Authority is seeking a Principal Customer Readiness Advisor to lead elements of the Customer Readiness Program and oversee customer readiness delivery activities.

You will coordinate testing from planning through to acceptance, manage risks and dependencies, engage with diverse stakeholders and ensure customer facing outcomes align with project scope, technical requirements and contractual obligations.
