Nacap Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Operational Support Lead to join our Brisbane team, delivering workforce onboarding, mobilisation readiness, and compliance across large PNG projects. You’ll lead a high-volume workforce administration function, embedding governance and continuous improvement in a energetic construction environment.

You will manage onboarding/documentation for payroll and audit needs, coordinate with Work Permit, Immigration and Travel teams, and produce regular workforce
