Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major large-scale infrastructure project in Newcastle, NSW .
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project delivery professional with a strong background in construction, infrastructure, or data centre projects , particularly those with experience delivering fast-track and complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage General Contractors, HV Contractors and consultants .
- Oversee construction, fit-out, scope, quality, budget and schedule.
- Coordinate Owner Supplied Equipment (OSE).
- Manage design issues, trade letting, claims and variations.
- Coordinate commissioning and project handover.
- Drive project delivery and stakeholder coordination.
About You
- 7–9+ years of construction/project delivery experience.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure or data centres .
- Hyperscale data centre experience is highly desirable
- Solid GC, contractor, commercial and stakeholder management experience.
- HV/electrical infrastructure experience advantageous.
- Proactive “get things done” approach with strong communication skills.
