Job Description

Bayside Health seeks a Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to lead a centre of excellence, delivering enterprise-wide DE&I; strategy and practice. The role sits within the People & Culture Division and reports to the CPCO, with responsibilities across care groups and enterprise functions.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality DE&I; advice, design programs, integrate DE&I; into organisational practices, and oversee governance structures.
