LIFE IN THE ROLE

We are looking for experienced Casual Club Supervisors to support operations at Rosehill Bowling Club. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy variety, thrive in rapid-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee venue operations during your shift,



support team members and ensure compliance and service standards are maintained.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervise day-to-day venue operations and support staff during shifts
- Deliver and champion exceptional customer service for members and guests
- Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, gaming and club policies and procedures
- Monitor venue presentation, safety, security and operational standards
- Support cash handling, reporting and incident management processes as required

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:

- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, clubs, gaming or a similar environment
- Current RSA and Advanced RCG qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and confidence resolving issues in a professional manner
- Sound knowledge of gaming, bar and club operations
- Ability to lead by example and support team performance
- Availability to work flexible shifts across evenings, weekends and public holidays
