- We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QA/QC qualified with specification experience to join a well-established food and beverage manufacturing environment.
n
- This is a casual opportunity offering flexibility across morning, afternoon, and night shifts, suited to candidates who thrive in a fast-paced production setting.

Duties/responsibilities include, but not limited to:

n

- Conduct routine quality control testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
n
- Perform calibration and maintenance of laboratory and production equipment
n
- Investigate customer complaints and assist in identifying root causes of non-conformances
n
- Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results across products, packaging, and environmental samples
n
- Support specification development and management activities, recognising this as a resource-intensive function
n




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality and production records
n
- Support general housekeeping and GMP compliance activities
n
- Participate in internal and external audits
n
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
n

Skills/experience:

n

n
- Tertiary education in Food Science or similar
n
- Proven experience in a similar position in a food or beverage manufacturing environment
n
- Experience working with specification systems, ideally SAP, SAP-RD, or PLM (highly advantageous)
n
- Previous exposure to frozen food manufacturing would be highly desirable, though not essential
n
- Must be adaptable and have high attention to detail
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
