About the role

n

We're looking for someone to help our team harness their potential and foster personal development for our teams.

n

The primary purpose of this role is to lift the Big Easy Group guest experience through training, education and culture.

n

You'll develop and deliver training across the group, helping our teams build the knowledge, confidence and skills to deliver exceptional, consistent and genuinely memorable experiences.

n

The goal is straightforward:

n

Give our staff an exceptional training experience, so they can provide an exceptional experience to our guests.

n

What you'll do

n

Own and deliver our 2026 Cultural Plan.

n

Develop and implement our 2026 Staff Training Plan.

n

Deliver practical, in-service training across our venues.

n





Develop and lead the Big Easy Group Wine Collective, including WSET pathways.

n

Identify and develop talent and support internal career pathways.

n

Work with venue leaders to identify training opportunities.

n

Research and introduce new, creative ways to improve our guest experience through our people.

n

About you

n

You're passionate about people, hospitality and making things better.

n

You'll have:

Great communication and presentation skills.

n

The ability to manage your own time across a 5-day week.

n

A genuine interest in training and personal development.

n

Strong research and analysis skills.

n

Energy, creativity and a willingness to get on the floor with our teams.

A passion for creating great hospitality experiences.
