What You'll Do:

n

You will act as the front-line experience specialist for our premium customers, ensuring a seamless, personalised rental experience from rental to return.

n

Clear communication and coordination with the customer for vehicle pick-up and drop-off whilst addressing all customer inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely manner. You will also confirm all rental verification is accurate and complete, inspect the rental vehicle and assist with the customer's luggage.

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Afull and valid Australian driver's licence
n
- Availability to work arotating roster(including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
n
- At least 1 year's experience incustomer service, retail or hospitality
n
- Solid customer service and interpersonal skills and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences.
n
- Ability to work in afast-paced environmentwhile delivering exceptional service.
n
- Comfortable usingcomputer systemsto manage bookings and rental information.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
