Your New Role

n

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced APAC 4PL Service Delivery and Solution Manager to join our team on a full-time basis located in our Melbourne office.

n

- Professional and efficient coordination of the assigned customers.
n
- Ensure the right service performance delivered as basis for business retention and growth.
n
- Define service performance and manages customer expectation.
n
- Customer interface for quality and service delivery review topics.
n
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers and their suppliers.
n
- Take lead and prepare the regular service review.
n
- Support 4PL cross geographical upselling opportunities.
n
- SOP adherence and maintenance.
n
- Ensure KPI's, customers' SOP, SLA, and company's procedures compliance.
n




- Support on the operational procedures' review and systems implementations.
n
- Consistently drive data quality, service levels, KPI performance and productivity improvement.
n
- Provide monthly market condition overviews and analyses impacting customers business.
n
- Closely coordinate with the control tower team to ensure operational excellence across all geographies.
n
- Leading and support any new projects.
n

What You Need

n

We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:

- Strong supply chain / 4PL background is mandatory
n
- Experience of continuous improvement project in a supply chain context, analytical skills
n
- Customer facing and stakeholder management
n
- Experience in business development support, solutioning
n

n

Your qualified presentation and communication skills, along with true passion for providing exceptional customer experiences will play a major role in achieving success, both professionally and personally.
