You will be working on range of corporate matters for premier clients including M&A;, restructuring, and corporate governance.
About You
- Mid-senior lawyer, (4+ PQE ); with
- A relevant Law Degree or Juris Doctor, coupled with solid academics;
- Excellent communication and meticulous attention to detail; and
- The ability to manage various caseloads and meet demanding deadlines.
