You'll work closely with an experienced team and receive ongoing support and training while developing your skills within the industry. A work car will be provided for property inspections.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Conduct routine and pre-lease property inspections
n
- Attend open homes and private inspections
n
- Complete inspection reports and provide feedback to the property management team
n
- Assist with leasing activities and tenant enquiries
n
- Liaise professionally with tenants,
landlords and prospective renters
n
- Assist the Property Management team with day-to-day tasks
n
- Support the leasing process from enquiry through to application
n
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the inspection and leasing process
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
- Current Real Estate Certificate / Agent's Representative
n
- Current Driver's Licence – ESSENTIAL
n
- Previous experience in real estate, leasing, property management or inspections is preferred
n
- Strong communication and presentation skills
n
- Professional and confident manner
n
- Excellent organisation and time management
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learnComfortable working outdoors and travelling between properties
n
- Availability to work some Saturdays
n

Please note: A current Real Estate Certificate and Driver's Licence are mandatory requirements for this position. Candidates who do not hold BOTH will not be considered for the role.
