Our client, a global leader in Computers and Information Technology and due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee our Repair Team located in Homebush

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Oversee day to day operations of the robotic vacuum repair centre, ensuring fast, high quality turnaround
n
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of repair technicians
n
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and connectivity issues across multiple robotic vacuum models
n
- Implement and refine repair workflows, quality checks, and safety procedures
n
- Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and warranty teams to keep repairs moving smoothly
n
- Track KPIs, repair volumes, parts usage, and reporting metrics
n
- Maintain a clean, organised,



and efficient workshop setting
n
- Provide hands on technical support for complex or escalated repairs
n

What You Bring

n

n
- Experience in electronics repair, mechatronics, robotics, or a related technical field
n
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a workshop, repair centre, or service environment
n
- Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills
n
- Ability to coach and motivate a team while maintaining high standards
n
- Familiarity with smart home devices advantageous
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
n
