Job Description

Ridley is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our Narangba site. Reporting to the site manager, you will lead secure operations, hit production targets, manage resources, and oversee maintenance, quality assurance and inventory control.

You will drive continuous improvement, build a capable team, ensure compliance with OH&S; and environmental standards, and contribute to operating and capital budgets.
