Kenbury is working with a leading independent investment banking platform seeking to appoint an Associate to its growing team.

The firm advises high-quality corporate and financial sponsor clients across Technology, Healthcare and General Industrials, offering exposure to complex public and private M&A; transactions, and strategic advisory mandates.

This opportunity would suit candidates with approximately 3-6 years' M&A; experience, ideally gained within a leading investment bank or independent corporate advisory firm. Applicants should demonstrate:

Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities

n

Experience executing transactions across the full deal lifecycle

n

The ability to manage key workstreams and support junior team members

n

Excellent commercial judgement, communication and presentation skills

n

The successful candidate will join a team-oriented, high-performing team and work closely with senior bankers who have an established track record across public markets M&A; and broader corporate advisory.
