The Administration Services Officer role will provide a high level of administrative support to the organisation ensuring stakeholder requests are met at a standard of excellence. The key purpose of the role is to assist the Customer Service, Sales, Finance and Operations divisions in providing service excellence to all stakeholders.
Your employment with Demtech (Australia) Pty Ltd will be on a full-time, fixed-term basis for a period of six (6) months. This position has been created to provide temporary coverage for an employee who is absent on maternity leave.
At the conclusion of the fixed-term period, Demtech may consider offering ongoing employment depending on business requirements and your performance during the fixed-term period.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no guarantee or automatic entitlement to ongoing employment beyond the fixed-term end date. The position is estimated to commence in December 2026 until approximately June 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and process customer bookings
- Issue daily work schedules with all required documentation to subcontractors
- Assign and coordinate schedule work to allocated subcontractors
- Data entry of Customer Purchase Orders
- Maintain accurate customer, order and job records within Accounting/Booking Management Systems
- Process site measures and distribute information to the Design and Manufacturing teams
- Answer and forward incoming calls and taking detailed messages as first point of callAssist with investigating customer complaints
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding orders, bookings, lead times, site measures and job progress
- Coordinate logistics requirements for customer and online orders
