Are you a passionate, qualified Skin Therapist looking to step away from factory-style corporate chain clinics into a supportive, boutique environment?

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Skin & Laser Therapist to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will perform advanced skin and dermal treatments, build lasting relationships with a loyal local clientele, and take active ownership of content creation and clinic vibes.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Dermal & Clinical Treatments

n

Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and build bespoke, long-term treatment plans for clients.

n

Perform advanced skin therapies including Candela Laser Pigmentation & Vascular Rejuvenation, Laser Hair Removal, Dermapen4TM Microneedling, Medical-Grade Peels, Dermaplaning, Hydrojelly Facials, and Intraceuticals Oxygen Infusions.

n

Recommend tailored homecare regimens featuring our premium professional cosmeceutical ranges.

n

Clinic Operations & Client Experience

n

As part of an agile team, assist with key daily operations (reception, booking management, client follow-ups).

n

Maintain strict clinical sanitation, infection control, and equipment care standards.





n

Support inventory checks, stock replenishment, and general clinic upkeep.

n

Content Creation & Social Media

n

Capture engaging "Before & After" transformation photos and educational skin content.

n

Create short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Behind-the-Scenes clips) showcasing treatments, product highlights, and clinic life.

n

Collaborate on monthly marketing campaigns and treatment promotions to grow our online community.

n

About You

n

Qualified with a Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Dermal Clinician Qualification, or Laser Safety Certificate (Victorian Laser Licence/Laser safety training highly regarded).

n

Hands‐on experience operating medical‐grade lasers (Candela experience preferred) and advanced skin modalities.

n

Deep understanding of skin anatomy, Fitzpatrick skin types, and ingredient science.

n

Comfortable creating or appearing in social media content (Instagram Reels / TikTok).

n

Proactive, team‐focused attitude with high attention to client care and detail.
