About You

n

As an integral part of the team you'll have a strong work ethic; energetic, enthusiastic, responsible and:

n

- Able to create amazing floral designs - and meet deadlines.
n
- Have at 2 years hands-on experience in the flower industry.
n
- Experienced or a keen interest in event flowers.
n
- Full Australian Drivers license and their own car.
n
- Has an eagerness to contribute alongside their fellow team members.
n
- Detailed knowledge of our products & services.
n
- Is confident using technology and has great time management skills.
n
- Contributes to the organised,



fun & smooth running of the day to day studio.

Availability for Saturday on a rotating roster.

About the Role

n

An opportunity has opened up for a full time experienced Floral Designer,who is capable of working on modern floral designs and contribute to the success of the studio.

n

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

n

n
- Providing excellent customer service and using your intuition to meet the varying needs of our customers.
n
- Receiving product and prepping flowers ready for arrangement.
n
- Assist with inventory control, ensuring we neither run out nor waste stock.
n
- Filling and adapting/changing orders as required to meet the needs of our customers.
n
- Displaying detailed knowledge of our products & services.
n
- Meeting targets for production & quality assurance.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised & safe work environment at all times.
