The institution is seeking self-motivated carpentry Industry professionals with a passion for passing on the skills & knowledge to aspiring professionals and to deliver and assess the following course for our future Intakes:

CPC30220 - Certificate III in Carpentry in Clyde North Campus/CBD Campus
n
Working Days Required Per Week (can be weekdays or weekend): 3-4 days Face to Face Delivery
n
WHO YOU ARE
n
n
- Recent building industry experience (at least 2 years, and current)
n
- CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)
n
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
n
- A valid driver's license
n
- Profession communication, negotiation and consultation skills
n
- Self-motivated, confident, and a positive attitude
n
- Strong relationship-building skills with expertise in the effective management of diverse internal and external stakeholder groups
n
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
n
- Sound knowledge of operational requirements in relation to the Standards for Registered Training Organisations
n
- Experience working with international students (preferred)
n
n
You will possess an interest in imparting your industry knowledge to those eager to learn and expand their general building careers. You have a solid customer focus, and the ability to multi-task and be flexible and adaptable in your approach.
n
You will be an exceptional communicator, who is able to work well both autonomously and in a team environment. The capability to build rapport and have demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills are crucial to the role.
