Silk Hospitality is a leading provider of housekeeping services to hotels across Australia. We take pride in delivering exceptional service and are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Bondi Beach.

n

Role Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and support the housekeeping team to consistently deliver 4 to 5-star service standards.
n
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are presented to the highest standard, including detailed cleaning, bed making, and replenishment of amenities.
n
- Supervise daily operations, including room allocations, inspections, and team productivity.
n
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of work areas, service pantries, and public spaces.
n
- Oversee linen control, including sorting, counting, and stock management.
n
- Uphold guest privacy, security, and confidentiality at all times.
n
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety procedures and promptly report any hazards or maintenance issues.
n
- Build strong working relationships with clients and team members,



fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
n
- Provide hands-on support and assist with operational requirements as needed.
n

About You

- Previous housekeeping and/or supervisory experience.
n
- Flexibility to work across 5 days per week, including weekends if required.
n
- Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
n
- Professional presentation with a strong focus on quality and guest satisfaction.
n
- Confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
n
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
n
- Positive, hands-on attitude.
