Nexia Aged Care provides personalised Support at Home services, helping older people live independently with dignity, choice and connection within their own communities.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking compassionate, reliable and motivated Support Workers to join our Support at Home team across the North-West Metro region, including Macedon Ranges, Bacchus Marsh and Sunbury.
n
We are particularly keen to hear from applicants living in the Macedon Ranges, Bacchus Marsh and Melton areas who are willing to travel across our service region and are ready to commence work as soon as possible.
n
About the Role
n
As a Support Worker, you will provide valuable assistance to clients in their own homes, supporting them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
n
You will support clients with:
n
n
- Personal care
n
- Domestic assistance
n
- Social support and community access
n
- Transport to appointments
n
- Flexible shifts available Minimum availability of 3 days per week required
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for people who are:
n
n
- Passionate about supporting older people
n
- Reliable and able to work independently
n
- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support
n
- Current First Aid & CPR certified
n
- Have a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Able to provide a current Police Check
n
- Willing to travel across all service areas preferred
n
n
