SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Providing support and guidance to the team
- Maintaining product and service quality
- Ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness
- Maintaining accurate business records and compliance with policies and procedures
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers
- Leading by example and directing teams in product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards
- Fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting teamwork

We have opportunities available for both Supervisors and an Assistant Store Manager. Both roles are key leadership positions, with the Assistant Store Manager taking on broader responsibilities across people, operations, and store performance.

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the manager in leading and inspiring a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Support in daily operations including staff training, development, compliance, and performance evaluations
- Run team meetings as required
- Leading by example in impeccable customer service
- Ensuring profitability of the business
- Ensuring effective communication with staff, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders




- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, WH&S; and Food Safety Compliance

To be considered for the Assistant Store Manager role, you must have:

- At least two years of restaurant/café management experience, with a focus on coffee and customer service.
- A proven ability to manage staff and budgets efficiently.
- Solid leadership skills and the ability to motivate your team and create a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
- Experience in inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.
- A keen attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A deep passion for coffee and a thorough understanding of the customer service industry.
