Job Description

For Purpose Aged Care Australia is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Level 2 skilled to join our ICT team. This role offers onsite and remote support across multiple aged care and corporate locations in Australia, with travel between Wallan, Geelong, and Melbourne Head Office.

You will act as a key escalation point, provide Level 2 support, coordinate incident resolution, and partner with operational leaders to ensure excellent technology outcomes.
