Job Description

Chosen Family in Burpengary, QLD invites applications for a casual, entry-level Disability Support Worker to provide respite care for two autistic siblings. The role requires staying with both children together and creating a safe, predictable, and positive environment.

We value calm, patient, flexible, and person-centred approaches, with experience in autism support, PDA-informed or low-demand strategies, and robust communication. NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC and First Aid are preferred.
