Job Description

Saigon Palace Cafe on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Chef to join our kitchen team. The role involves preparing authentic Vietnamese dishes under the Head Chef in a busy restaurant setting.

We require at least 1 year in a commercial kitchen, with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure during peak periods. Experience with Vietnamese bread rolls and herbs is a plus. Salary ranges AUD 80,000–85,000 annually.
