About the Role

n

The CIP & COP Operator is responsible for ensuring production equipment is cleaned and prepared to the required hygiene and operational standards following production.

n

Working as part of a small team, you will undertake both Clean In Place (CIP) and Clean Out of Place (COP) activities across a range of production equipment, including kettles, aeration pipework and associated systems.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Operate and monitor CIP systems and cleaning programs.
n
- Prepare and configure equipment and pipework for CIP operations.
n
- Perform COP cleaning of equipment and components as required.
n




- Monitor cleaning processes to ensure they are completed correctly and efficiently.
n
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals and ensure correct dilution and application.
n
- Follow established cleaning, hygiene, safety and operating procedures.
n
- Conduct cleaning activities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
n
- Identify and report equipment, process or cleaning issues.
n
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
n
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete cleaning activities within required timeframes.
n
- Complete relevant records and documentation as required.
n
- Undertake occasional overtime when necessary to complete production cleaning requirements.
n

Previous experience in CIP, COP, production, food manufacturing or a similar environment will be highly regarded. Training will be provided to the successful candidate where required.
