About the Role

n

This Senior Management Accountant position sits at the centre of the business, acting as the key link between finance, leadership, and operational teams. You will take ownership of reporting, cash flow and performance analysis, while supporting strategic decision making through clear and actionable insights. The role offers strong exposure across the business and the opportunity to influence both financial outcomes and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Own the end-to-end month-end process, including consolidation, review of outputs, and delivery of timely and accurate management reports
n
- Lead cash flow forecasting, treasury oversight,



and working capital management across inventory, debtors, and creditors
n
- Oversee and develop a small finance team, ensuring high-quality outputs across financial accounting, AP, and AR
n
- Maintain integrity of the general ledger, including review of reconciliations, journals, and financial controls
n
- Partner with operational teams to deliver KPI reporting, performance analysis, and actionable insights that drive decision making
n

About You

n

n
- CA or CPA qualified, with strong management accounting experience
n
- Proven ability to manage cash flow, treasury, and financial reporting processes
n
- Experience overseeing or mentoring a small finance team
n
- Strong Excel capability, with exposure to Power BI or similar tools advantageous
n
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
