We are seeking safety-focused, experienced HR Drivers for ongoing Front Lift and Rear Lift operations. Pay Rate: $46.73 per hour + penalties & allowances

Roster: Monday to Friday | Early starts (1:00 AM - 3:00 AM)

Shift Duration: 8 to 12 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Operate Front Lift and Rear lift trucks for scheduled commercial waste collections.
n
- Execute thorough daily pre-start vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance.
n
- Navigate designated route schedules efficiently and report any operational delays or access issues.
n
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with dispatch teams and site supervisors.
n




- Strictly adhere to all site WHS protocols, hazard identification, and PPE requirements.

Requirements & Experience

n

n
- Prior experience in the Waste Management industry (specifically operating Rear Lift trucks) is highly advantageous and strongly preferred.
n
- Current and valid Heavy Rigid (HR) Truck Licence.
n
- Minimum 6 to 12 months of general HR driving experience.
n
- Proven reliability and a strong commitment to consistent early morning starts.
n
- A clean driving record (a current driving history report will be required).
n
