ABOUT THE ROLE

n

As a Stylist, you'll be the face of InStitchu — creating a personalised and memorable experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

n

You'll work one-on-one with clients to understand their style, occasion and preferences, then guide them through the process of creating their perfect custom garment.

n





This is a people-focused, fashion-focused and commercially driven role where no two customers are the same.

n

Your day-to-day will include:

n

n
- Styling customers across our men's and womenswear collections.
n
- Conducting skilled garment measurements to achieve the perfect fit.
n
- Guiding customers through hundreds of customisation options, premium fabrics and design details.
n
- Building strong relationships with customers and creating a personalised styling experience.
n
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs.
n
- Following up with customers and leads to build long-term relationships and maximise sales opportunities.
n
- Maintaining an accurate customer database and managing follow-up activity.
n
- Providing exceptional service throughout the entire customer journey.
n
- Assisting with the day-to-day running and presentation of the showroom.
n
- Supporting showroom events, campaigns and other initiatives.
n
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve showroom goals.
n

ABOUT YOU

n

We're looking for someone who is confident, energetic, personable and genuinely passionate about fashion and people.

n

You don't need to have a background in tailoring or luxury fashion. We're more interested in your personality, commercial mindset and willingness to learn.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales or customer service.
n
- A genuine interest in fashion, styling, design and quality.
n




- A natural ability to build rapport and connect with different types of customers.
n
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face, over the phone and via email.
n
- Confidence in a consultative sales environment.
n
- Strong organisation and time-management skills.
n
- A positive, energetic and engaging personality.
n
- A strong sense of ownership, initiative and accountability.
n
- The motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
n
- A polished personal presentation and a genuine interest in style.
n

Previous experience in premium or luxury fashion is highly regarded, but not essential.
