Humphries Land Surveying specialise in licensed land surveying services across Melbourne and Victoria and offers a dynamic working setting.

We are currently expanding and are about to open an office in Geelong, and are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our growing team. This role is primarily field-based in the Geelong and surf coast areas as well as the outer growth corridors of greater western Melbourne including the Werribee/Wyndham areas, and some regional work may be required from time to time.

You will be provided with training and mentorship working with licensed surveyors, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in your career, including potential future opportunity for PTA.

Salary will be commensurate with experience, and we are open to reviewing the package for highly experienced candidates.

We are seeking a Land Surveyor to join our team.

n

Ideally, you will have at least 5 years of field-based surveying experience and a working knowledge of cadastral surveying practices.

n

In this position you will:

n

- Conduct land surveys, including:n n
- Feature Surveys
n
- Subdivisions
n

n




- Maintain accurate records of survey data and field notes
n
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as engineers and architects, to ensure accurate data collection and interpretation
n

n

Qualifications and Experience, preferred but not essential:

n

n
- A Bachelor's degree in Surveying, or equivalent experience
n
- 5+ years of experience in cadastral surveying
n
- Proficiency with Leica TS16 / TS20 Robotic Total Stations and GPS surveying equipment
n
- Competency in relevant software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D, LISCAD SEE, and BricsCAD
n
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite
n
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
n
- A current and valid driver's licence
n
