COS Interiors is a growing, premium joinery company based in Braeside, specialising in high-end kitchens, bathrooms, laundries and bespoke residential joinery.

n

We work closely with leading Melbourne architects, designers and builders to produce quality custom joinery, and we're looking for an experienced Qualified Cabinet Maker to join our factory team.

n

This is a factory-based position, working alongside a skilled team to manufacture and assemble high-quality custom cabinetry from start to finish.

n

About the Role

n

Your day-to-day work will include:

n

n
- Manufacturing and assembling high-end custom cabinetry and joinery
n
- Working from detailed plans, drawings and cutting lists
n
- Operating workshop machinery and equipment
n
- Cutting, assembling and finishing cabinetry to a high standard
n
- Ensuring accuracy, quality and attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process
n
- Working efficiently to meet production deadlines
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop
n
- Working as part of a professional and supportive team
n

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and enjoys producing quality joinery.

n

You will have:

n

n
- A Cabinet Making qualification
n
- Previous experience in a custom or high-end joinery environment
n
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
n
- The ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
n
- Good knowledge of cabinet construction and joinery techniques
n
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
n
- A reliable, positive and hardworking attitude
n
- A strong focus on quality, accuracy and getting the job done right
n
