About the role

n

As the Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide clinical and operational leadership, ensuring the delivery of secure, high-quality, and patient-centred care. This role is pivotal in guiding the nursing team, supporting service development, and maintaining excellence in clinical practice.

Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and the broader multidisciplinary team, you will lead service coordination and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Euroa Hospital

Located in Rushworth, Waranga Health is a 36-bed aged-care facility. The health service includes a four-bed acute care unit, a district nursing service, outpatient ambulatory consulting services and a dedicated palliative care suite and respite bed. Care and treatment are provided 24 hours a day by a talented multidisciplinary team working across a range of medical, nursing and allied health services.
