We are passionate about delivering garments that delight both parents and little ones - and we're looking for a full time Garment Technician to join our growing team.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

n

- Work with design to developinitial tech packsfor prototypes, then maintain and revise tech packs through sampling, pre‐production, and bulk production
n
- Conductfit sessions: measure garments, review fit, construction, and finishes; update m/ment specs for suppliers
n
- Communicate daily withoffshore factories/suppliers, resolve technical issues, and ensure alignment with Huxbaby standards
n
- Create testing lists and follow up testing reports with the testing house
n
- Review, comment on, and approve fit samples in collaboration with the design team
n
- Apply bulk grading to all bulk specs, and maintain spec libraries / measurement charts
n
- Approve care labels

What You'll Bring (Qualifications,



Skills & Experience)

- This role is suited to a recent fashion/textiles graduate or someone with 3–5 years' experience in garment technology, production, or technical development. Knowledge of garment construction, technical specifications, fittings, grading, seams, finishes, tolerances
n
- Ability to communicate clearly across teams (design, production, suppliers) and with offshore partners
n
- Excellent organisational skills, solid attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving mindset
n
- Excel proficiency (e.g. formulas, data handling)
n
- A positive, growth-oriented mindset and willingness to learn/grow with the brand
n
