Hyde Melbourne Place is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our team. You will be the first point of contact in a guest's journey, delivering a smooth, personalised, and productive booking experience while supporting your team and keeping operations running like clockwork.

Responsibilities include handling calls, emails and online requests, managing room inventory, coordinating with Front Office, Revenue and Sales, and ensuring GDPR-compliant guest data.
