The Role

n

As a Technician / Mechanic at Launic Motor Group you will work closely with the service team to deliver best practice and provide exceptional customer service.

n

As a Technician at Launic Motor Group, you will be responsible for the following:

n

Servicing, diagnosis and repair of Volkswagen vehicles

n





Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

n

Adhering to Manufacture and dealer job documentation requirements

n

Supporting your fellow team members

n

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

n

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

n

A mechanical aptitude and an ability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions and procedures.

n

Passionate about consistently delivering exceptional customer service

n

Can do attitude, self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously

n

Be a keen team player with a commitment to producing quality work

n

Strong desire to learn

n

Availability to work overtime, from time to time, as required
