We’re on the lookout for a Reservations & Events Coordinator to join the edition team!

Based in our Melbourne Head Office, this full-time role will support reservations and events across all of our venues — NOMAD Sydney, NOMAD Melbourne, NOMAD Brisbane, Reine & La Rue, Privé, Florentino Dining Room, Cafe Florentino, Cellar Bar and Ombra.

As our Reservations & Events Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing guest enquiries and reservations, while also working closely with our Events Team to coordinate enquiries, bookings and event administration across the group.

You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, managing calls, enquiries and bookings, and ensuring a seamless guest journey through SevenRooms. You’ll also support the Events Team with event enquiries, guest communication, proposals, booking administration and coordination, working closely with venue teams to ensure every detail is taken care of.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in reservations, events or hospitality who is looking to step into a head office role and gain broader exposure across a growing hospitality group.

Our ideal candidate will have

- 2+ years experience in reservations, events or guest-facing roles within hospitality or restaurants
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Warm and polished phone manner with the ability to confidently communicate with guests
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to anticipate guest needs,



resolve enquiries and create a seamless guest experience
- Confidence managing bookings, deposits, payments and guest information
- Strong computer skills and confidence working across Google Workspace
- Familiarity with SevenRooms and/or Triple Seat is advantageous
- The ability to build solid relationships with guests, venue teams and external partners
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
