Beauty therapist/Beautician - Full-Time/Part Time

in2bronze is a warm and welcoming home salon that has been proudly serving our local community since 2018. Over the years, we've built a great reputation and created a comfortable, friendly environment for our clients.

We're currently looking for two experienced, fully qualified Beauticians to join us, bringing our team to a total of three people.

n

We're looking for down-to-earth, genuine people who are comfortable working in a relaxed home salon environment. We want you to be yourself, feel comfortable at work and focus on providing the best possible beauty experience for our clients.

n

If you're someone who enjoys building genuine relationships with clients, working in a warm and friendly environment and being part of a close-knit team, we'd love to hear from you.

The role is full-time, working 38 hours per week from Tuesday to Saturday. Thursday and Friday shifts will generally finish at around 7 pm. You can also choose part time Thursday to Saturday too

There will be an initial casual part time trial period, working Thursday and Friday for approximately 2-4 weeks. After the trial period, the right person will have the opportunity to move into a permanent full-time position or part time

We're looking for someone who is reliable,



passionate about beauty, friendly with clients and happy to be part of a small, supportive team.

Key responsibilities

n

- Perform core beauty treatments efficiently and to a high standard, including facials, waxing, spray tanning, brow tinting, henna brows, lash lifts and other beauty services
n
- Provide excellent customer service and genuine care for clients
n
- Recommend suitable treatments when appropriate
n
- Work independently without any supervision
n
- Maintain quality, consistency and passion during a fully booked day
n

About you

n

- Certificate IV in Beauty or higher - Australian recognised
n
- Experienced and confident working independently
n
- Professional, reliable, punctual and positive
n
- Able to stay calm and maintain quality during a fully booked day
n
- Passionate about beauty and takes pride in their work
n
- Lash extensions experience is a bonus, but not essential.
n
- Must b e able to perform all services we offer on our website except for lash extensions, microneedling and dermaplaning. They are a bonus if you can.
