We're partnering with a leading Australian business operating in a highly dynamic environment where commercial decisions need to be made quickly, backed by robust data, market insight and financial rigour.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Operational leaders, helping shape pricing strategies, customer profitability, revenue growth initiatives and long-term commercial performance. You'll play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights while influencing strategic decisions across the business.

We're particularly interested in individuals who understand the realities of fast-moving industries, whether that's dairy, fresh produce, seafood, protein, food manufacturing or broader FMCG sectors where speed, customer responsiveness and product profitability are critical.

The Opportunity

Working as a key commercial business partner, you will:

- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to drive profitable revenue growth.
n
- Deliver customer, product and channel profitability analysis to support decision‐making.
n
- Lead pricing,



promotional and revenue management initiatives that improve margins.
n
- Develop meaningful reporting and insights that influence strategic business outcomes.
n

Your Experience

n

n
- Proven commercial finance experience within dairy, fresh produce, seafood, protein, food manufacturing or broader FMCG sectors and/or similar fast-moving industries.
n
- Robust analytical capability with the ability to translate data into commercially relevant recommendations.
n
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing and operations functions.
n
- CPA or CA qualification with a track record of influencing business performance through financial insight.
n
