Job Description

Woden Community Service is seeking a HASS Recovery Worker to join our Hoarding Advocacy Support Service (HASS). You will deliver recovery-oriented, trauma-informed support to individuals with hoarding behaviours, combining therapeutic engagement with practical, hands-on home-based assistance to reduce risks and improve safety.

This role requires comfort working in cluttered environments and applying a compassionate, non-judgemental approach to behaviour change, with supervision and development
