As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our vibrant, close-knit team. Whether you're already experienced or just starting out in medical admin, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Your Day-to-Day

n

n
- Managing appointments (in person,



phone, and online) and assisting with patient enquiries
n
- Handling payments via Medicare, Hi-CAPS, AutoMed, and EFTPOS
n
- Updating patient records and completing admin tasks to keep the clinic ticking
n
- Supporting a team that supports each other
n

n

What We're Looking For

- Brings a positive, can-do attitude and loves helping others
n
- Stays cool under pressure and thrives in a busy environment
n
- Is reliable, organised, and ready to learn
n
- Has flexibility to work across all three locations and is available on Saturdays
n

Experience with Best Practice and AutoMed is a bonus, but not essential. We'll show you the ropes if you're current!
