Job Description

Australian Venue Co. is seeking a Duty Manager for Fitzy's Waterford, a recently renovated local pub with a bistro, sports bar, live entertainment, functions and gaming.

You'll be on the floor, lead the team through busy services and help ensure every shift runs smoothly. Work closely with the Venue Manager to coach staff, manage day-to-day operations across food, beverage and gaming, handle cash and end-of-shift procedures, respond to guest feedback and maintain liquor, gaming and safety
