Job Description

lululemon is seeking a Health & Wealth qualified to lead the design, development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs for ANZ, aligning with business objectives and annual cycles. This role also conducts market benchmarking and manages vendor relationships.

You will administer health, leave and retirement plans, collaborate with HR, finance and payroll, and ensure data integrity in Workday while guiding leaders on policy matters.
