Trainer and Assessor - Carpentry/ Wall and Floor Tiling (Immediate Start)

Wattle College is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45676, CRICOS 03905A) based in Carlton. We are seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our team for the following qualifications:

n

CPC30220 - Certificate III in Carpentry

n

CPC31320- Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling

n

Key Responsibilities Include:

n

Prepare and deliver units of competency within the relevant qualification;

n

Ability to develop student resources;

n

Monitor student progress and support by developing a comprehensive intervention strategy;

n

Assistance with student resource development;

n

Participate in industry consultation, moderation, staff and validation meetings;

n





Create an engaging and positive learning environment for students

n

You need to have the following:

n

Hold relevant TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent);

n

Hold relevant trade Certifications in the qualifications mentioned above;

n

Ability to plan and organise training set priorities, and meet deadlines;

n

High level of written and oral communication skills.
