Job Description

MedHealth Group is seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant to join our Employment Services team in Devonport. You will build and manage relationships with local employers, identify opportunities, and support candidates into sustainable employment.

You will collaborate with Job Coaches to prepare candidates for the labour market and provide post-placement support to ensure long-term success, while meeting KPIs in a quick-paced environment.
