Job Description

Austin Health in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Manager, HR Systems to lead payroll and HR information systems, delivering enterprise-level governance and service delivery across core HR platforms.

You will oversee SuccessFactors modules including Recruitment 2.0, Employee Central Core, Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and UKG Pro Workforce Management, and manage a team of HR Systems analysts to drive continuous improvement.
