Job Description

Uniting AgeWell in Mildura is seeking a dedicated Community Registered Nurse to support our Home Care program. You will conduct in-home assessments, provide clinical advice, collaborate with Care Advisors and allied health professionals, and promote person-centred care in clients' homes within the Mildura region.

Requires Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA Div 1, 3–5 years RN experience in Community settings, and a passion for high quality aged care.
