About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct rostering and a proven ability to manage schedules, coordinate services, and ensure seamless operations.

n

You will be responsible for responding to home care rostering enquiries and coordinating service providers for consumers.

n

About You

n

To be successful in this role you will be consumer-centric and passionate aboutachieving high quality outcomes. You will also have:

n

- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
n
- The ability to develop and manage rosters to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
n
- Experience in coordinating and scheduling services for clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
n
- Maintain accurate records of staff availability, shifts, and service delivery.
n
- Communicate effectively with staff and clients to address any scheduling issues or changes.
n




- Monitor and evaluate service delivery to ensure high standards are met.
n
- Handle administrative tasks related to rostering and service coordination.
n
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
n
- Strong computer skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook is required. Familiarity with the Sandwai software system is desirable but not essential.
n
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and have proof of the right to work in Australia
n
