Mt Marion is located 40km southwest of Kalgoorlie in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. Mineral Resources Ltd (ASX: MIN) operates a spodumene lithium project and is seeking experienced Mining Compliance Trainers to support daily operations on an 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster from Perth, delivering competency-based training and improving safety performance.

You will train operators, conduct inductions, maintain records and mentor teams while partnering with site leadership.
