About the Role

As a Retail Team Member at Neverland, you'll help bring our brand to life by creating memorable customer experiences every day. You'll work alongside a passionate team, build genuine customer connections, and play an important role in delivering the energy and service we're known for.

Day to Day

- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through genuine connection and styling advice
n
- Building customer confidence by creating complete outfit solutions
n
- Maintaining high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
n
- Supporting stock replenishment and day-to-day store operations
n
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals
n
- Contributing to Neverland's ongoing retail transformation

- Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
